Isdelmi Acosta (Ide)
Owner and founder of Paragon Title Agency, LLC. She has over 15 years of extensive experience in the title industry. Isdelmi has a unique perspective on home buying due to her special insight acquired from having worked in several sectors of the real estate industry. These include working as a realtor and a loan officer. She also previously owned a home inspecting and appraisal company for 10 years. This experience has given her the ability to easily deal with issues such as evaluation, city violation, and negotiating fine reductions.

Yunileidy Castillo (Yuni)
Joined the Paragon Title Agency family in April of 2018. While she may be a newer member of the company, Yuni comes with 5 years of experience in title processing and over 11 years in the real estate industry. She has worked with HOA management companies and associations where she dealt with properties across the state of Florida. She has had the opportunity to work with real estate attorneys in helping with the litigation process. Yuni’s experience also includes working with city environmental services, 40 year recertification for buildings, zoning letters, and acquiring full permit histories to make sure properties are up to code. She is a mother of 3 beautiful children and is passionate about tenant rights. Her initiative, organizational skills, and attention to detail have made it possible for her to seamlessly take on the role of processing manager here at Paragon Title Agency. Yuni is a key member of the title team, delivering the highest quality of service to each Paragon client.
